- Eastern Cape: Morning fog and frost in some northern areas, otherwise fine and cold. Cloudy along the coast initially, with isolated morning showers. Partly cloudy in the afternoon. Light and variable winds along the coast, becoming moderate easterly. Morning frost and freezing fog in the eastern half of the province, with isolated showers along the coast clearing west of East London by late morning. Moderate south-westerly winds along the coast, becoming moderate south-easterly in the afternoon.
- KwaZulu-Natal: Morning fog patches over the interior, partly cloudy to cloudy and cool, cold on the south-western high ground. Isolated showers and rain expected along the coast. Moderate south-westerly winds along the coast. Moderate UVB sunburn index.
