The South African Weather Service has issued a yellow level 2 warning for damaging winds between Saldanha Bay and Cape Agulhas in the afternoon, spreading to Plettenberg Bay by evening.
Extremely high fire danger conditions are expected over the Khai-Ma Municipality in the Northern Cape.
An intense cold front is expected to affect the Western Cape and Namakwa District (Northern Cape) from Sunday until Monday. Strong coastal and interior winds, disruptive rain and damaging waves can be expected.
